FAQs

Are these tile sets made for American Mahjong rules only, and how many tiles are included?

Yes, our sets are specifically designed for American Mahjong play. Each set includes 160 acrylic tiles in total (standard American play uses 152 tiles; simply set aside the 6 blank tiles and 2 extra jokers before starting).

Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?

We ship from the United States. Estimated delivery is 15–20 calendar days. For US orders, standard shipping is free on orders of US$300 or more and US$9.99 on orders below US$300. Expedited shipping is US$19.99; please contact support@pandatimemahjong.com to confirm the estimated delivery time before choosing this option. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships.

What is the pearl/glitter tile backing for, and is the finish durable?

Our tiles use layered solid acrylic with integrated pearl swirl or glitter material rather than a surface-printed coating. This design helps the color and finish resist peeling, fading, and normal wear from frequent shuffling and stacking.

How do I clean and maintain my acrylic mahjong tiles?

Wipe tiles gently with a soft damp microfiber cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, abrasive scrub pads, or alcohol-based sprays, and keep them away from prolonged direct sunlight.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to love your game night! We offer a [30-day] hassle-free return and exchange policy for items in their original condition and packaging. If your set arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team immediately with photos for a free replacement.
