Return & Exchange Policy

At Pandatime, your happiness is our top priority. We want you to absolutely love your new Mahjong set. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened (the Mahjong tiles must still be in their original plastic shrink-wrap), and in its original premium packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@pandatimemahjong.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please Note: Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs
As a boutique brand, we will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to a quality issue or a shipping error on our part; in all other cases, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale items (Final Sale; no returns or exchanges)

Gift cards

Customized or personalized products

Items that have been used, or where the plastic shrink-wrap on the Mahjong tiles has been removed.

6. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 10 business days to your original method of payment.
